ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP: 1/31 Alday St, St James, WA, 6102, Australia. Orders can be picked up daily, by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Shipping Policy Template 1 of 3
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using DHL.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia. We offer free shipping for the first 12 months of being a member or on orders over $150.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Canada & Europe. If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cooper.duplessis@idoneussports.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. TAXES & DUTIES: For international orders, we collect duties and import taxes at checkout. This ensures a transparent and seamless shopping experience. The total cost, including all applicable duties and taxes, will be displayed clearly before you place your order. Please note that we are responsible for collecting and paying these duties and taxes on your behalf.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR US CUSTOMERS:
Due to recent tariff changes, a $69.48 duty fee is applied to each pair of shoes shipped to the USA. This fee is collected by US Customs upon delivery and is the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding!
