Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any return, refund, or exchange request where the return does not comply with the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy.
Without limiting this right, returns may be refused in circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

The item has been worn, used, washed, or altered

The item shows signs of wear, damage, or soiling

The return request is submitted outside the stated return period

Proof of purchase cannot be provided

The item was purchased as a final sale, clearance, or promotional item where returns are excluded

Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our shoes and apparel and offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Defective stitching or seams
- Material flaws present at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing errors
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Products that have been altered, customised, or modified in any way after purchase
- Damage due to exposure to harsh elements (e.g., water, chemicals, excessive heat)
Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a return claim for any reason.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
If your item qualifies, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
