1. The Promoter
1.1. The competition is conducted by Idoneus Cricket Shoes Pty Ltd (ABN: 16 661 992 258, of 33c Stroughton Road, Westminster, WA, 6061.
Australia ("Idoneus", "we", "us", "our").

2. Competition Period
2.1. The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 1/8/2026 ("Opening Date") and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 14/9/2026, 6
WEEKS LATER ("Closing Date"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
2.2. Idoneus reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the competition period at any time, subject to any applicable
permit requirements.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over who have purchased a pair of Idoneus cricket shoes ("Eligible
Purchase"), at one of our participating retail store partners, within the promotional period.
3.2. Entrants aged 16–17 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. In the event of a win, the prize will be
awarded to the parent or guardian on the minor's behalf, and parental/guardian consent must be provided before the prize is released.
3.3. Employees, contractors, and agents of Idoneus Cricket Shoes Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate family
members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, sibling, child) are ineligible to enter.
3.4. Employees of participating retail partner stores are ineligible to enter.
3.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period:
(a) Purchase a pair of Idoneus cricket shoes from a participating retail location;
(b) Film a video of 60 seconds or less. The video must be filmed in the English language and must communicate, verbally
or visually, what the entrant loves about their Idoneus cricket shoes. The entrant's Idoneus shoes must be clearly visible
in the video;
(c) Post the video publicly on Instagram (as a Reel or permanent post, not as a Story);
(d) Tag @IdoneusSports in the post; and
(e) Include the hashtag #LoveMyIdoneus in the post caption.
4.2. Entries submitted via private accounts will not be accepted. The entrant's account must remain publicly visible from the date
of entry through to the date the winner is announced.
4.3. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of purchases made. Where multiple entries are received from the same account, only the first entry will be counted.
4.4. Idoneus is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, or misdirected due to
technical issues or Instagram platform limitations.
4.5. Proof of purchase of an Eligible Purchase must be provided by the winner upon request. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize
5.1. There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:
(a) One (1) match-worn BBL cricket jersey, worn by one of the Idoneus professional player ambassadors during an
official match played during the Competition Period. The jersey will be signed by the player, with match details (match
name, date, venue, and result) handwritten inside the collar; and
(b) One (1) personal video message, of approximately 60–90 seconds in duration, filmed by the player and addressed
directly to the prize winner. The video will be filmed on a mobile device without professional production and provided to
the winner as a digital file.
5.2. The player ambassador fulfilling the prize will be determined by Idoneus at its absolute discretion following the draw. The
identity of the player will not be disclosed prior to winner notification.
5.3. The total estimated retail value of the prize is approximately $500 AUD. Prize values are subject to change. If the stated prize value differs from the actual value at the time of fulfilment, no cash difference will be paid.
5.4. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize or any component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Idoneus's reasonable control, Idoneus reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable permit requirements.
5.5. The jersey will be delivered to the winner via tracked courier to an Australian residential or business address. Idoneus does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the prize once dispatched. The digital video file will be delivered electronically.
5.6. Any tax liability arising from accepting the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Idoneus recommends that the winner seeks independent financial advice regarding any tax implications.

6. Draw & Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be
conducted on or around 14/9/2026 by a third party randomiser app. Idoneus reserves the right to select the randomiser app to be used at it's sole discretion.
6.2. The draw will also select two (2) reserve winners in the event that the first-drawn winner is unable to be contacted or is
found to be ineligible.
6.3. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Idoneus reserves the right to draw a new winner from the reserve list.
6.4. Idoneus's decision in relation to all aspects of the competition, including the validity of entries and the selection of the
winner, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5. The winner's Instagram handle and first name will be announced publicly on the @IdoneusSports Instagram account
following winner confirmation.

7. Content Standards & Disqualification
7.1. Entries must not contain content that:
(a) Is defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory;
(b) Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
(c) Contains offensive language, sexual content, violence, or material inappropriate for a general audience;
(d) Disparages any person, company, or product; or
(e) Violates any applicable law or Instagram's Community Standards or Terms of Use.
7.2. Idoneus reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Terms, fails to meet
the entry requirements, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
7.3. Idoneus reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be using fraudulent means to enter, including but not limited to
the use of multiple accounts or automated entry methods.

8. Use of Entry Content (User-Generated Content Licence)
8.1. By submitting an entry, you grant Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to
use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share your entry video (in whole or in part) for marketing, promotional, and
advertising purposes across any medium, including but not limited to Instagram, other social media platforms, websites, print, and
in-store materials.
8.2. You warrant that your entry is your own original work, that you own all intellectual property rights in the entry, and that the
entry does not infringe the rights of any third party.
8.3. You agree that Idoneus may use your entry without further compensation, notification, or attribution beyond what is
required by law. You waive any moral rights you may have in the entry to the extent permitted by law.
8.4. The content licence in clause 8.1 applies to all valid entries, not only the winning entry.

9. Privacy
9.1. Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting this promotion and
fulfilling the prize. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes.
9.2. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties engaged to assist in conducting or managing the promotion, including prize fulfilment and logistics providers. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.
9.3. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Idoneus's Privacy Policy,
available here.

10. General Conditions
10.1. Idoneus reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or force majeure, subject to any applicable permit requirements.
10.2. To the extent permitted by law, Idoneus excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or
condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
10.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
10.5. This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered in association with Cricket Australia or any state or
territory cricket association.
